Legal fees are agreed in writing according to the scope and nature of the work and may not be below the Minimum Attorney Fee Tariff issued by the Union of Turkish Bar Associations (Attorneyship Law No. 1136, Articles 163-164).

At the initial consultation, we assess your legal position and explain the available legal routes, likely timetable and possible outcomes.

At the end of the consultation, we agree whether to proceed and the applicable fee.

Requirements vary, but usually include identification, relevant contracts and correspondence, documents or decisions served on you and the case number if available.

Yes. A power of attorney may be issued by any notary in Türkiye or through a Turkish consulate abroad.

Yes. Under Article 36 of Attorneyship Law No. 1136, lawyers may not disclose information learned in the course of their professional work; confidentiality is both a professional and legal duty.

This duty also covers information shared at an initial consultation even if no retainer is formed.
