Lawyer Minimum Wage Tariff
Lawyer minimum wage tariff is prepared by the Union of Turkish Bar Associations and published in the Official Gazette. The tariff can be agreed upon in the contract between the lawyer and the client. lowest determines the fee and the attorney fee that the courts will impose on the other party.
The tables below are In the Official Gazette dated 4 November 2025 and numbered 33067 Taken from the annex of the current published tariff. The changes made in the tariff on 8/1/2026 (OG 33131) and 28/3/2026 (OG 33207) are only related to general provisions and do not change the following amounts.
